Simon is the lead Partner in the Deloitte UK CFO Advisory Practice and specialises in the Travel Hospitality and Leisure sector where he brings over twenty years’ experience. His experience spans leading risk advisory, financial advisory, consulting and audit (IAS and PCAOB) engagements. Simon has worked with some of the leading players in the industry in the UK, Europe and globally, in both the private and public sector. Simon is the Leisure and Gaming sector lead for the UK Firm and internationally, and has considerable experience of business assessment, risk management, market assessments, regulatory reviews, strategic reviews, assurance, tender assessments, expert witness work, commercial due diligence and financial due diligence within the sector. He brings extensive experience of leading and managing international large scale advisory and consulting projects in the Hospitality and Gaming sector. His experience spans hotels, attractions, theme parks, large scale resorts, mixed use developments, restaurants and gaming. Working with operators, investors and government Simon has developed a broad stakeholders perspective. Simon is the Deloitte member of the World Economic Forum Travel and Tourism Competitiveness panel.
