Hired by ENI Algeria through Global Petroprojects Services then ENI International Resources for the position of Logisitics Coordinator within Groupement Sonatrach - Agip. • Supervision of the company international purchase orders from their issuance to the suppliers up to their final delivery on site. • Expediting of the purchase orders with the suppliers. • Management of all logistics and Algerian customs operations. • Providing regular and adhoc status reports to Purchases & Contracts Management and other departments as required on all current progress (shut down, field development, drilling projects). • Providing assistance and expertise in the issuance of purchasing and EPC contracts (delivery and payment terms). • Controlling the supervision of the camp warehouse. • Leading a team of four agents (expeditors and warehouse men).
