Employed as an IE engineer for PFH, but stationed at Lilly in Little Island
After leaving my last role, I studied and completed my AZ900 certification.
(Based at LILLY in Little Island for the full term) Helpdesk support Assigning and configuring iphones (also utilising Jamf to manage phones) Assissting user during the setup of their macbooks when moving from windows Basic support of Apple mac’s that were controlled through Jamf Liaise with both HR/our driver for the delivery of machines to the users and readying the machines for delivery that we assigned in waves every 2 weeks. Tracking of tickets and assets through Service-now and AMI asset tracker Training new IT starts on the IT infrastructure for the new user waves Utilising Vmware Airwatch/Workspace One for assigning rights/pushing machine/user certs (Later moving over to MS company portal for software distribution) Utilising Entra/Intune for pushing rights to machines through remediation Weekly stock taking of equipment General helpdesk tickets (windows/office 365 environment) and point of escalation for colleagues if they require assistance General meeting room/boardroom support for Crestron which later moved onto full Logitech tap/teams based setup Dell/Lenovo laptop hardware support (along with raising tickets directly through dell helpdesk for hardware repairs)
Decided to leave my previous company as the IT director and Director were leaving. During this phase covid struck so while it was on I was playing the markets.
