NY Fashion International is a Male fashion house servicing the ballroom dance industry. We currently operate in Australia, New Zealand, USA, England, Germany, Lithuania, Italy, Poland, France, Ukraine and China. Its primary service, made to measure Ballroom Suits has been worn by more than 40 World and National Champions past & present, and numerous world and national finalists across every age division. At the recent World championships in 2025, NY had more suits worn in each age group final than any other brand, which included, the Under 16, 19, and 21 Champions, 1st- 4th of the Rising Star events, the World Adult Champion, and World Professional Champion. Our Story: We opened our doors in January 2021, then called NY Australia, a branch of NY Fashion China (where the manufacturing house is located). We became the dominant dancewear brand in Australia & New Zealand by June 2022. Opportunity arose due to our success and future strategic direction which allowed us to re-organise the entirety of the business. We took on the new role of being the global distributor utilizing a hybrid sales agent/drop shipping/ and franchise-like model to expand overseas. This allowed us to organically grow without large amounts of capital. By using pre-existing relationships, strategic sponsorships, and technology, we were able to expand successfully using only digital means. This process allows efficient communication and delivery between our agents positioned around the world, and our manufacturing house. Our Future Currently we sell in excess of 500 practice-wear items and 50-75 suits a quarter. Our future is to continue to expand into Europe (specifically the UK), and New Zealand, create an attractive B2B program, increase suit sales to 300 PY and practice-wear item sales to 3000 PY, We look to invest heavily into further bespoke technology that will streamline all elements of our business processes, logistics, marketing and sales.

★ What is the SEP Tool? The Socio-Emotional Profile Tool, is an innovative online hub that provides teachers with the resources to understand, personalise, record, analyse, and advise on their students’ socio-emotional progress. ★ How does it work? SEP allows a rich understanding of student’s wellbeing. It measures their effort displayed in school, attitude towards activities, emotional regulation, connectedness to the school environment, and participation in the community. Through the SEPTracker, school staff are able to track their students' wellbeing in realtime, receiving actionable notifications to support students. By utilising school data, rich qualitative notes, and quantitative data inputted by staff, SEP automatically generates reports that help best tell each student’s story. The reports provide: • Quantitative statistics indicating student wellbeing • Statistical comparisons to peers • Individual trends and patterns across school terms • Qualitative interpretations of performance embedded in latest research • Technical breakdown based on the 5 categories that underlie wellbeing • Opportunities for continued development • Strategies for improvement ★ Development of the SEP Tool The SEP was developed to meaningfully measure and understand wellbeing with the teachers, education assistants, staff, and students at John Tonkin College Education Support Centre (JTCESC) in Mandurah, Western Australia. The SEP Tool team will be forever grateful for the support, advice, and assistance that JTCESC has offered in the development of The SEP Tool.
