HME Maintenance Planner Lake Lindsey
In a small team environment and as part of the Operations Team my duties included; Planned and Unplanned maintenance on the State Government Digital Traffic Camera Systems. The testing of systems to ensure compliance with legislated regulations, and fault finding of camera and camera network communication systems.
Project Manager with Hatch concentrating in operational readiness and maintenance improvement. With over 20 years experience in the fields of; maintenance management and project management specialising in maintenance systems.
My responsibilities include; maintenance strategy development, spares rationalisation, procedure development, training and workplace health and safety support for clients in the areas of coal mining and rail industries. Identification of design and maintainability issues. Maintenance and operations documentation development.
Asset Management Plan (AMP) Development; Working as part of a team, developed a generic set of tools and templates used for conducting the AMP development and financial modelling. This was phased for all assets in the client's water, sewerage and common assets portfolio. AMP opportunities were identified and discussed to ensure organizational efficiency in terms of the integration of the AMPs and tools into the client's systems. In consultation, a high level self evaluation was conducted of their asset management system. This was done to identify the maturity level of their asset management system versus ISO 55000. Working As part of the team compiling the AMP, my role was focused on capturing the organisations 1) levels of service, 2) asset net value, 3) water and sewerage network operating strategy, and 4) asset management improvement plans.
Experienced facilitator, assisting organisations through the processes of change to higher levels of performance. Focused on enabling groups of people through attention to the human issues of; knowledge sharing, development of shared understanding and alignment, to achieve the business purpose.
