From a young age, I’ve always had a natural curiosity for machinery, numbers, politics and business. This curiosity about how things work has always driven me. At school, in my studies and in my professional life. Today, I’m still doing what I love. As a business analyst my goal is to help management make better business decisions. I manage my four-member analyst team to perform to higher standards by analyzing complex data and identifying problem areas. We are thus positioning ourselves as true business partner for the organization. With my double degree in mechanical engineering and business administration, I have a holistic view of interrelationships and have developed into the role of a valuable sparring partner for the MAHLE Behr Group CFO. At the same time I am committed to the organization as one of 30 selected ambassadors for the cultural change in the business unit. In doing so, I want not only to strengthen the resilience of my organization and myself, but also to advance the challenges of the transformation of our industry.
