• International expert in national accounts and balance of payments (BOP) statistics, with a particular expertise in International Trade in Services Statistics (ITSS). • Experienced compiler of key macroeconomic statistics, having worked for 22 years in the UK Office for National Statistics producing, validating and disseminating national accounts, BOP and ITSS datasets. • Excellent understanding of the System of National Accounts (SNA) and External Sector Statistics (ESS) standards, having worked with them extensively for more than 30 years. Currently providing technical support to Eurostat on the methodological changes being discussed during the update to the SNA. • Natural English speaker and writer. Prepared the first Manual on Goods Sent Abroad for Processing (published in 2014) and updated the Price and Volume Handbook on behalf of Eurostat.
