I’m a serial founder in the sustainable fashion and lifestyle space (simonandme.com, sluzzellin.com) and co-founded vansofgermany.com, a community-driven platform that I exited in 2021 through the sale of my shares. Alongside building my own companies, I worked with brands I genuinely believe in, taking on customer-facing sales and marketing roles for consumer businesses ranging from Vitsœ, a design pioneer known for long-life products and radical honesty, to BOUCHE Kombucha, a Berlin-based beverage startup. My work focuses on growth and sales, from positioning and go-to-market strategy to partnerships, operations, customer-facing sales, and long-term revenue development. I’m comfortable moving between strategy and day-to-day execution. In 2024, I co-founded Café Tiergarten in my neighbourhood after noticing both the lack of a welcoming local café and the opportunity of an empty space. Today, I run the café together with my life partner, Leonie, with responsibility for the business, team, and overall operations. Together, we also run GROTTO, a space for art and culture in Hansaviertel. I no longer produce my own artistic work and have stepped away from my former art practice, instead applying that way of thinking to running and developing real-world projects. I’ve worked with creative tools for over 20 years and enjoy using modern software, programming, and automation to work more efficiently. I’m comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and regularly build lightweight automations and workflows alongside tools such as Adobe, Affinity, Google Docs, and AI tools like ChatGPT, to create clearer processes and better results.
