I’m a commercially grounded executive leader with a background spanning revenue growth, enterprise customer leadership, operational performance, and organisational transformation across technology, telecommunications, payments, SaaS, and managed services environments in New Zealand and internationally. Across both corporate leadership and advisory roles, a consistent theme throughout my career has been helping organisations improve the performance of their customer-facing environments by creating greater alignment across strategy, leadership, customer engagement, operational execution, and commercial systems. My experience includes executive and senior leadership roles with organisations including Spark NZ, Paymark, Unisys, Global Crossing, and Telecom NZ, leading enterprise customer environments, commercial functions, operational teams, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across both NZ and the UK. More recently through Elevate Sales, I’ve worked with organisations in executive advisory and fractional leadership capacities, helping leadership teams improve commercial performance, customer outcomes, operational rhythm, forecasting discipline, go-to-market execution, and organisational alignment. A core philosophy underpinning my work is the concept of “Selling Systems”. Returned to Spark NZ in a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for strategic enterprise and corporate customer environments across the North Island, combining customer leadership, operational accountability, commercial performance, and organisational leadership within one of NZ’s largest integrated Agile operating environments. Led a 100+ person customer, sales, service, technical, and marketing function, achieving 105% of revenue target during COVID-19 conditions while reducing operational cost by $2M and significantly improving employee engagement and customer outcomes. Led customer engagement, go-to-market alignment, operational improvement, and organisational performance initiatives while strengthening strategic vendor and alliance relationships across major technology partners including Apple, Cisco, Microsoft, and Aruba.
Executive leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive and operating as part of the executive leadership team within New Zealand’s leading payments and transaction services organisation. Responsible for enterprise sales, customer strategy, service delivery, customer care, strategic partnerships, and commercial performance improvement initiatives during a period of significant organisational evolution and company sale activity.
Led one of Unisys New Zealand’s largest enterprise outsourcing and customer environments in a fully embedded operational and commercial leadership role. Responsible for customer delivery, operational performance, service operations, revenue growth, commercial outcomes, and executive customer engagement across a large enterprise customer environment.
