I am responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, working closely with these customers to ensure a high level of service and deliver opportunities for cost savings. I am passionate about building strong relationships through a consultative approach. In my roles both past and present you will find me regularly in contact with people in a number of differing roles, from CEO, General Managers, and Department Managers through to Administrators. It's vital that I understand the key drivers for each of these relationships in order to not only deliver on the business expectation, but to do it in a way that acknowledges the individual personalities which make up the roles. I possess skills to significantly reduce costs, negotiate favorable terms and streamline supplier channels. I have exemplary relationship building and problem solving skills that foster trust and dependability. I have successfully developed and implemented processes, policies & procedures for the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services.
