- Designed, tested, and manufactured chassis and composites for a fully electric vehicle competing in Formula SAE (Carbon Fiber nose cones, brake discs, push rods, etc). - Established and followed detailed geometric specifications and measurements that follow current FSAE regulations. - Assisted in wiring a complete wire harness to allow the car’s drivetrain, battery, and control board to communicate, resulting in a 30% performance increase.
- Active security clearance - Integrated and tested multifunctional subsystems for auxiliary validation of complex EW systems on carrier-based aircraft - Designed payload packaging to safely and efficiently implement hardware for a passive radar terrain visualization system and a spatial plasma RF switch
- Led the design and manufacturing efforts to test time-dependent behavior of the external balance by measuring the six components: Lift, Drag, Sway, Pitch, Yaw, and Roll. - Assisted in designing, manufacturing, and testing a modular aircraft rig for end-to-end aircraft development. - Worked in a team to acquire and analyze data for clientele using LabVIEW, force balances, and pressure scanner arrays.
