After 20 years experience in the construction industry, I decided to go back to University and complete a degree in Building Surveying. I completed this in May 2021. I achieved my chartered status from the RICS in July 2022. I set up Brunel Building Surveyors Ltd. In August 2024, Brunel partnered with Stephen Lloyd consultancy to form Cobel Surveyors Limited. We are a multi-disciplined firm specialising in residential surveys, defect analysis and project management throughout Devon and Cornwall.
