• Head of New Business & New Business Sales Enablement Operations • Drawing from years of industry experience, knowledge and sales capability to put strategies in place for DoThinkDo's ongoing success. • Customer Success/Experience 'hat' for upselling and continued growth of major key accounts. • Lead new business discovery calls, build relationships, gather an understand of prospect/client challenges and learning objectives and provide consultative insight to DoThinkDo's stories and methodologies. • Nurture and maintain relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals. • Work alongside colleagues to strategically identify and target prospects across multiple sectors and geographies to drive new business. • Utilise appropriate tools and resources to streamline outreach process and sync with CRM accordingly. • Ensure the smooth running and upkeep of CRM. • Create well crafted outbound sequences, posts and other supporting materials. • Lead 'Box Office' function to drive awareness and attendance of events and complimentary workshops. • Utilise LinkedIn to curate posts for both my personal and the organisations page. • Regularly proofread proposals and other materials created by colleagues/organisation to offer my creative and professional insight. • Offer coaching, motivation and guidance to (Temp) SDR's. • Collaborate with colleagues across all functions on all aspects of the organisation to help the organisation thrive and to ensure DoThinkDo offers a best in class client experience.
