Leadership for a newly incubated advertising business, product and cross-functional team funded in collaboration with Verizon in the nascent Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) space. Achieved positive transformation of leadership, planning, execution, communication and recruiting efficiency via introduction of effective and scalable mechanisms into AOL’s DSP team culture and the larger AOLP organization.
