• Support Quality Assurance activities across both production lines and central quality operations. • Monitor food safety, process quality, and product quality throughout manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards. • Perform routine factory quality tours to verify compliance with food safety requirements. • Support preparation and maintenance of quality management documentation. • Participate in BRCGS audit preparations by maintaining documentation and supporting compliance activities. • Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA implementation for quality deviations and customer complaints. • Participate in establishing quality documentation and quality plans for the newly commissioned Grissini production line.
