Over the course of my career, I have led and scaled global businesses across HR technology, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and marketplaces, helping organizations grow from early stage to global scale. My work has consistently centered on the intersection of organizational transformation, and technology’s ability to create better outcomes for businesses, employees, and the broader economy. Today, I am the CEO and Board Director of Deputy, where we've powered over 1 billion shifts for millions of workers and hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide. We're proving that intelligent systems work best when they empower people, not just optimize productivity. That's why we've built AI-powered tools designed to give frontline workers greater flexibility, transparency, and agency, and fundamentally rethinking how organizations coordinate, support, and scale human potential. Before Deputy, I was Chief Commercial Officer at Affirm, where I led global commercial strategy across sales, partnerships, marketing, client success, and international expansion during our path to going public. Over three years, we scaled revenue from approximately $100M to $1.3B, expanded the merchant network from 5,000 to more than 200,000, and helped make Affirm available at checkout for 60% of U.S. e-commerce through partnerships with companies including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and Target. Before Affirm, I spent nearly a decade at Groupon leading international operations, growth, marketing, analytics, product strategy, and P&L management across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Earlier in my career, I founded an investment management firm focused on socially responsible investing and institutional portfolio strategy. Across every chapter of my career as a founder, operator, investor, and CEO, I have remained focused on helping organizations scale responsibly through periods of rapid technological and operational change. I am also passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations and have served on the boards of Kiva and Lemonade.
