• Draw up and control all Financial Instruments (Budget and Annual Plans, Long Range Plan, Forecast); • Deviation Analysis for each Financial Instrument; • Establish, Control and Analysis of Genzyme Key Performance Financial Indicators; • Helped developing and implementing new forecasting systems which significantly improved overall accuracy; • Definition, analysis and calculation different department Objectives (helped to implement and adapt payout bonus model for Sales & Marketing staff); • Closely work with Business Units (BU’s) for a better optimization of internal strategy and alignment with Corporation global strategy; • Financial key element to Business Unit Managers in monitoring units goals achievement and support in presentation of financial figures; • Responsible for the implementation and Supervision of key Financial Controls under Sarbanes Oxley.
• Coordination and Supervision of all accounting data, prepare and upload of all fiscal maps; account reconciliation; • Drawing up and Controlling of Annual Budget and Forecasts; • Monthly End Analysis and preparation of monthly reporting to Executive Board members; • Jazztel’s Official Accounting Technician (TOC); • Participate on the migration, financial side, of Peoplesoft to SAP system;
