Graduated in Psychology from the University of Navarra and holding a Master’s in Human Resources from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, I currently work as a Talent Specialist at Ateliers Louis Vuitton Spain. In this role, I focus on attracting and developing high-level talent within the operations division, across five Ateliers in Spain. I have built my career in demanding environments such as the luxury and retail sectors, where Human Resources play a key role in brand consolidation, driving cultures focused on excellence, innovation and talent.
As Talent Specialist for the Operations Division of Louis Vuitton, I work across the five Ateliers in Spain with the goal of attracting and developing the best talent. • Direct collaboration with Hiring Managers to define required profiles, strategic selection of recruitment sources, conducting telephone and competency-based interviews, and developing evaluation reports based on the STAR methodology. • Creation of onboarding plans adapted to the specific needs of production profiles and support teams (indirect to production). • Implementation of the Annual Training Plan. • Localizing and executing the employer brand strategy at both the Maison level and for the LVMH Group, to attract and retain talent.
