• Lead the forecasting process: build and align sales forecasts with commercial, financial, and historical data on the short-, medium- and long-term planning horizons • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to understand demand drivers and translate insights into accurate forecasts • Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively identifying potential out-of-stock situations • Support new product launches, relaunches, and product phase-outs • Maintain healthy and profitable inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock • Coordinate with the Regional Supply Planning team on product availability and production priorities • Continuously improve Supply Chain KPIs, such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and service level • Be part of the Henkel Demand Planning community, learning and sharing best practices across countries • Contribute to projects on demand planning and supply chain optimization
• Develop an accurate demand forecast in the short, medium, and long term for textile products in the European market • Cooperate with Sales and Product Management in Belgium and with the Supply Chain team in Bangladesh • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the S&OP process • Determine and issue production orders based on capacity and lead time constraints, preventing delays and downtime • Optimise planning KPI’s (forecast accuracy, stock availability, backorders) • Facilitate product introductions, switches and discontinuation • Cooperate with Logistics to set the delivery priorities at the Antwerp Port
• Ensure an optimal level of product replenishment by monitoring stock levels, shelf life and product obsolescence risk for coffee products (capsules, grains, ground coffee) • Provide support to sales forecasting activities, ensuring their accuracy • Monitor DP KPI’s (forecast accuracy, forecast bias and stock aging) • Manage co-packers and co-packing activities
• Analyse purchase requests for screws and bolts • Select and manage sources of supply • Negotiate pricing • Place and follow-up purchase orders
