Silvia is an Associate at McKinsey & Company's São Paulo office. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she focused on Technology, Healthcare, and Management. During the program, she interned at Nicklaus Children’s Health System, supporting digital initiatives as part of the IT/Tech PMO team. At Columbia, Silvia pursued hands-on coursework, including Introduction to Product Management, UX Design, Technology Strategy, Applying Healthcare IT & Digital Health, and Organizational Change. Before her MBA, Silvia gained practical experience at Alice, a health tech startup in Brazil. There, she led the implementation of a supply-side acquisition roadmap using structured interview scorecards and developed a demand-planning model to optimize the acquisition funnel. Previously, Silvia spent 2.5 years at McKinsey & Company, working across industries such as Marketing & Sales, Banking, and Agriculture. Her work spanned diverse topics including Digital Transformation and Implementation. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná, where she graduated in the top 3 of her class.
