Responsible for booking the following loans: Commercial, Commercial LOC, Consumer, Auto CD, HELOC (Residential Mortgage), Letter of Credits, SBA Loans Overdraft, Credit Booster, Small Dollar Loans (Micro), Participation, Bankers Healthcare Group. Also, process Loan payments request, handle Paid off Loans, prepare payoff letters,Releases, monitor the Loan Operations email box, review reports in Synergy daily, Log paid off Loans and prepare and boxed and send paid off loans to retention, prepare wires, reconcile SBA payments and Swap payments.
Responsible for answering associate’s questions and creating cases about benefits (medical, dental, disability), W-2s, payroll, pensions, 401K, etc. • Opening cases for every call from associates
Responsible for answering associate’s questions for open enrollment such as rates and coverage plans for medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, spending account, and FSA account. • Opening cases for every call from associates
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity for the portfolio assigned as the client’s primary contact. ● Establish and retain contacts with clients both internal and external to ensure top tier product delivery. ● Responsible for processing involves review of documentation and booking transactions for sensitive and/or complex customers as bilateral loans. (Advances, libor repricings, variable rate Loans, Libor loans, PRIME loans. ● General understanding in Processing or Revolvers, Advance Line and Term Loans mechanics. ● Exceptional customer service skills- customer contact focuses on high volume or unique activities requiring interaction with multiple internal market/credit partners & Resources. Ability to calculate interest and fee accruals for billing. ● Responsible for minimizing credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and Bank policy. ● Responsible for processing any borrowings to other bank agencies (Asset Based Lending). ● Responsible for helping companies who borrow from the bank control the value of their assets. ● Provide accurate, timely and high-quality service delivery through effective liaison with client, deal team, agent banks, and Deal Specialists and Relationship Manager as well; other business unit to discuss and organize processes relative to new/existing authorizations, upcoming closings, and restructurings and provide administrative guidance. ● Cross assisting on Prime Revenue as a backup and co-workers in clearing foreign currencies transactions as needed. ● Assisting approving daily work, Prime Revenue and approving new closings, Amendments for our team.
