Developed 6 Laws and more than 35 papers related to education, public works and transportation, tourism, communications, innovation, technology, culture, scientific investigation, women's and minorities rights. Law 2215 de 2022, Law 2068 de 2020, Law 2216 de 2022, among others. Researched, collected data, did field work with communities and social sectors in order to attend social needs. Maintained permanent dialogue and negotiation with different public and private stakeholders. Analysed and prepared the legislative sessions of the 6th Commission and the Plenary of the Senate. Led a team of 6 professionals to ensure that all legislative functions are up to standards. Established strategies and policies that are aligned to government regulations and standards.
