Manage the performance of 3 large international Prostate Cancer Clinical Quality Registries (CQRs), namely, IRONMAN (Clinical Trial, NCT 03151629), TrueNTH Global Registry and PCOR-ANZ. Operating across 17 countries, the registries collect data from clinical practice to understand disease, current treatments, and patient-reported outcomes to reduce treatment variation for patients with localised and advanced prostate cancer • Establish strong global stakeholder engagement and clinical collaborations with project coordination centres, data co-ordination centres and participating clinical sites and hospitals worldwide to attain contractual recruitment targets and set attainable research goals • Oversee and support a large transformational technology project resulting in the replacement of a Registry Database with strict adherence to relevant privacy legislations • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as: ICHOM, NSQHS, GDPR, GCP and ISO 27001 standards • Control budgets, manage contractual obligations and contract negotiations • Identify, prioritize and improve internal business processes and other practices cross-functionally to optimise workflow and drive successful outcomes and results • Build and lead a global prostate cancer clinical quality team of 5 Project Managers • Work cross-functionally to support Movember’s overarching strategy.
