- Leading Doccla GmbH's operational setup and expansion in the DACH region (since 2023) - Driving first-of-their-kind telemonitoring and virtual ward projects with hospitals and public partners (e.g. Asklepios, Charité, City of Vienna) - Overseeing technical implementation, patient services, logistics, and legal compliance for DACH - Acting as the key interface between clinical partners, internal product/engineering teams, and regulatory stakeholders
- Scouting and analysis of new digital health technologies for a fit at Sana hospitals - Development of new digital patient pathways and digital business models in inpatient and outpatient care - Management of digital health projects in the field of Patient Experience and Connected Device
- Rotation between different Sana units on central and clinical level (different Sana Group hospitals). - Collaboration with various teams for enterprise-wide implementation of digital health projects and collaboration with hospital managers on site (e.g. preparation of budget negotiations, preparation of audits, crisis-management)
- Technical implementation (demo lab establishment, on site installations), scientific support (research on discrete choice, conjoint analysis, and willingness to pay), and operational project management in the context of a European research project (i-evaalution) to investigate the potential of Ambient Assisted Living technologies (voice assistance, smart home applications, remote monitoring) for the elderly population
- Assistance in query management services, data entry quality assurance and creation and maintenance of data validation and data management plans. - Setting up a web-based platform for the administration and evaluation of CRF files
- Review and completion of patient master data and billing data, as well as preparation for data transmission according to SGB V §301 - Set-up of an Excel-based evaluation system for the analysis and tracking of outstanding receivables
