I am a member of the Energy Law team and the German Desk at WKB Lawyers. For many years, I have been advising companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects. I am an expert in the legal aspects of the development and financing of energy investments, including support systems for energy production (renewable energy auction systems, green certificates), PPAs, as well as in issues related to commercial contracts and real estate. I support clients in due diligence analyses of energy companies and projects as part of M&A transactions. I also advise municipal companies on water and sewage management, electromobility, and infrastructure. I co-authored a commentary on the Electromobility and Alternative Fuels Act and industry publications on the energy transition. I gained professional experience, among others, at a leading law firm specializing in energy law in Germany and at a leading British law firm as part of an internship with Associated European Energy Consultants. I am recommended in well-established international rakings.
