FROM 01 DECEMBER 2013 To DECEMBER 2016 with Al-Essa Group, a diversified organization, delivers total solutions to clients in various sectors and to both private and public institutions, in Kuwait. I worked at Corporate office of Al Essa Group as a Business Analyst who was responsible for the generation of reports summarizing financial data for use of Managers, General Managers and Directors when making business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities Reviewing, analyzing, providing feedback and recommendations to various Business Unit’s on sales, forecasted sales, COGS and inventories. Responsible for managing, reviewing and analyzing monthly / quarterly revenue analysis (Sales), rolling sales forecast and report to management: General Managers and Directors. Performing variance analysis on Order in Hand & Recommended quotes of various business units on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by analyzing Gross Profit with current exchange rate, COGS and report adverse trends if any after comparing with actual and budgeted data. Perform Inventory analysis – tracking inventory increase / decrease as well as invoice and replenishment orders Perform analysis on quote submittals to evaluate the healthiness of sales funnel. Maintain communication and relationship with accounts / various business units. Identifies opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the financial reporting analysis and reporting process.

Roles & Responsibilities: Managing Team of Financial Analysts (15-20 no), taking care of recruitment, training, production activities, devising strategy for effective management of the team, quality mapping, and adherence to SLAs by team members. Responsible for the 100% quality output of XBRL filing. Responsible for Quality improvement and effective client communication. Looking after the process flow, process improvement and work allocation to team members. Keep a track of SEC updates, dissect & disseminate the information among Team Members. Managing the bottleneck in process flow, timely delivery of jobs and preparation of reports. Managing client queries, Delivery of Reports, Client communication.
Preparation of XBRL for different Industries (i.e. BASI, CI, BD, INS, RE) through USGAAP-Taxonomies.(Statements which we are dealing with: Statements of Income, Statements of Financial Position Classified, Statements of Shareholders' Equity and Other Comprehensive Income, Statements of Cash Flows and disclosures ) for (File Type 10-K, 10-Q & 20-F) type. Map financial data and disclosures reported in annual and quarterly reports filed with SEC. Complete quality XBRL filing involves assigning correct tags for items in Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Income statements, SSE and Detail and Block tagging of Notes. Also involves decision on setting calculation hierarchy & consistency. Eradicate all the errors in the XML and XSD files to make the files mandate ready. Timely delivery of jobs with 100% quality. Effective communication with client about their specific requirements.
