About

As a HK-based architect trained in Europe and with work expertise in Asia and Europe, I intend for every project to be rooted both locally and globally. I am fond of a multidisciplinary approach as my career ranges from facade design to architectural buildings, their interiors and even more broadly to urban planning. Whilst based in Hong Kong, I managed high-profile facade design packages for large-scale developments across Asia, spanning residential, commercial and luxury mixed-use projects. As a project lead I collaborated closely with clients, architects and consultants to maintain design integrity while meeting practical constraints. In addition to my architectural expertise, I have a deep appreciation for interior detailing, material selection and crafting spaces that elevate user experience.

  • Architect at WIT ARCHITECTEN
    Oct 2019 - Jul 2022 · 2 yrs 10 mos

WIT architecten is a renowned Belgian architecture firm, where I worked on small to large scales of residential, educational and public function buildings. The most prominent example being the adaptive reuse of a brutalistic office tower into an architecture university campus in the center of Brussels, for which I lead the design competition, schematic design and design development stages. I also managed a construction site of a private home extension, working closely with the contractor to deliver the final built project. In parallel I also became a Registered Architect, qualified by the Board of Belgian Architects.

  • Architectural Intern at BOZAR
    Jul 2018 - Jul 2018 · 1 mo

Research by design and extension of the exhibition 'HORIZONTAL METROPOLIS – a radical project' realized under the direction of the architect and urbanist Paola Viganò. The exhibition shown at the Venice Biennale in 2016, was expanded in BOZAR in Brussels with three supplementary cases. I researched the Brussels West Garden case, which ensued in a design proposal on how to enhance the current urban tissue towards a more agriculturally productive, inclusive and connected periphery of Brussels. Afterwards, we translated this proposal unto a model of 5mx5m, which was then featured at the BOZAR exhibition on the 'Horizontal Metropolis'. Working under the guidance of: Paola Viganò (EPFL Lausanne, IUAV Venezia), Michiel Dehaene (UGent), Joachim Declerck and Roeland Dudal (Architecture Workroom Brussels and KULeuven), Géry Leloutre (ULB) and Chiara Cavallieri.
