At BETA.HEALTH, I work with strategic communication, branding and storytelling to bring health innovation to life – politically, organisationally and in the public sphere. My role sits at the intersection of public affairs, strategic communication and employer branding, with a strong focus on making complex, research-based innovation understandable and actionable for decision-makers. My work includes: ▪︎ Positioning knowledge-intensive cases and startups towards policymakers, funders, partners and the broader ecosystem via campaigns and storytelling. ▪︎ Developing and executing a LinkedIn strategy spanning employees, management, C-level and external stakeholders. ▪︎ Employee advocacy and LinkedIn training, rolling out capability-building across the entire organisation ▪︎ Conceptualising and leading major events, including BETA.HEALTH’s presence at Folkemødet and TechBBQ In short, I help turn complex knowledge into clear positioning, credible narratives and strategic communication – so innovation doesn’t just exist, but actually moves people to act.
I founded my company: Trier Consulting - Positioning People on the basis of a clear belief: Strong brands and organisations are created through people - the relationships they build and their ability to position themselves. If the people in the company know how to position themselves - the brand and organisation follows. I work primarily with knowledge-intensive companies and startups, helping them turn complex expertise into clear positioning through strategic narratives and communication, events and ambassador-driven visibility. Part of Friluftscenter Slettens’s first professional board, focusing on operational optimization and brand positioning, marketing and business strategy Key achievements: - Developed and implemented a digital strategy across platforms, aligning communication with organizational goals and employee competencies. - Designed and launched new business and marketing initiatives to strengthen Sletten’s market position and improve bottom-line performance. - Activated and coordinated FDF volunteers as content creators and brand ambassadors, expanding reach and authenticity across channels.
Built the department from one to six employees. Responsible for people, KPIs, strategy, and budget within PR, branding, and marketing. In practice, my team and I had lead on everything from content production cross platforms and campaigns to employer branding, PR, events and fairs. I also frequently act as host and moderator at confrences and events – all in English. Key achievements: ・Led a full-scale rebranding process in close collaboration with executive management, internal and external stakeholders, and the agencies Pravda and Publicis. ・Lead on high-profile strategic initiatives such as participation at Folkemødet, a university-wide branding effort focused on innovation, and the MatchPoints conference. ・Developed top-performing recruitment campaigns highlighted by Carat at their 2023 annual trend seminar.
Led a team of three employees and one student assistant, responsible for PR, marketing, partnerships, and business development. Key achievements: - Drove a 15% increase in both visitor numbers and revenue within one year. - Developed and launched high-impact event concepts, including Easter Egg Day with Summerbird and World Tapas Day, attracting 4,000 guests. - Diversified revenue streams by introducing corporate events and weddings, strengthening overall profitability. - Built and maintained a successful influencer strategy with monthly collaborations and events that boosted sales performance.
