Responsible for HW/network equipment, Cyber security, Network, Service desk and IT service management in MacGregor . Follow up all vendors that are delivering HW/SW/ support to MacGregor. I also have the reasonability that all applications are up and running 24/7, and coordinating internal and external resources to fix issues on Server, network and application. I am also responsible for looking for new cloud based solutions and for building a central data center for MacGregor. I am also working with recruitment of new employees to the team that I am responsible for. Follow up and participate as project manager in IT integration of a company acquired by MacGregor/Cargotec. I had the Project Manager role from Macgregor in the infra integration of Rapp Marine and TTS to Macgregor. Today I have the PM rolle for moving the server environment from local datacenter to regional datacenter or cloud (AWS). I also have the responsible for the Cyber Security Strategy for MacGregor (ISO 27001)
