I oversee and craft the technology strategy and the teams execute, propose, and deliver. On the development side, that means shipping new features and products against the product roadmap. On AI Automation, we saved the company RM600k through a Transfer Pricing (TP) benchmarking automation last year, and reduced IT costs by RM100k through infrastructure optimisation. Results like that come from teams that understand the business problem, not just the technical one. I also work closely with solution partners and vendors, evaluating new tools before recommendations reach management. I stay hands-on with emerging technology particularly in AI. Because I believe have to get my hands dirty to really understand it.
