I am the founder of QashqAI Voice, a cultural-technology initiative working at the intersection of endangered language preservation, digital inclusion, and ethical AI. My work focuses on a structural gap in the digital age: most AI systems and digital infrastructures are designed for dominant languages, while many minority and endangered languages remain excluded, underrepresented, or at risk of disappearance. I believe language is not only a matter of heritage, but also a matter of access, dignity, participation, and long-term social inclusion. Through QashqAI Voice, I aim to support language-centered digital infrastructures that can help preserve oral memory, strengthen cultural continuity, and expand fairer access to technology for underrepresented communities. The project brings together cultural preservation, migration and integration perspectives, and responsible AI governance. My broader interest lies in building ethically grounded, community-centered approaches to AI that do not treat vulnerable communities as raw data sources, but as partners, rights-bearing participants, and knowledge holders.
