Working as a Data Engineer on enterprise-scale data projects, handling full pipeline lifecycle from development to deployment using Azure cloud technologies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 🔹 Task Management Daily tasks managed through JIRA — assigned by lead, tracked via sprints, and delivered within timelines. 🔹 ETL & Pipeline Development Designing and developing end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (ADB). Writing SQL and Python/PySpark scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple source systems. Working with Azure Synapse Analytics for large-scale data warehousing and analytics. 🔹 Data Analysis & Dashboarding Analyzing transformed data using SQL and building Power BI dashboards for business reporting and stakeholder visibility. 🔹 Deployment Participating in end-to-end deployment of data solutions — dev → UAT → production — following CI/CD best practices. Ensuring data quality checks, performance tuning, and documentation at every deployment stage. 🔹 Collaboration Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions aligned with Azure cloud architecture best practices.
🔹 Task & Project Management Used JIRA to receive, track, and manage daily tasks assigned by leads; collaborated with team on sprint planning and issue resolution. 🔹 Data Pipeline & ETL Development Built and maintained ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python to extract data from multiple source systems, transform it, and load into structured targets. °Deliver L1 Technical Support via phone and email to assist clients with troubleshooting IT-issues, including software and hardware problems. °Respond to users' inquiries, record all incidents and requests in the ServiceNOW ticket management tool, guide them through troubleshooting steps, and effectively resolve issues. Additionally, work with other ServiceNOW resources or vendors to handle and resolve incidents. °Foster a positive End-User support experience and cultivate strong connections through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, promptly relaying progress, and handling End-Users with a professional attitude. •To ensure that Operational Level Agreement and Service Level Agreement levels are adhered to at all times. Additionally, aim to attain the highest possible FCR rate for customers. ° Offer B2B assistance to clients as required in relation to Administrator Accounts, Passwords, and Domain Privileges within an Active Directory setting. Facilitate the setup of Network Printers and Network Drives on end- user devices. °Proficiency in providing assistance for Secure POS Systems, HP ProLiant standalone Gen-9 and Gen-10 Servers. •Conduct routine Health assessments for servers including Connectivity, CPU memory usage, and active sessions. °Additionally, possessing a strong •understanding of the iLO Utility feature of HP ProLiant Servers. •Follow up with other ServiceNOW resources involved in resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests are filled, and the Client’s and Stakeholders' demands are met. •Document process of resolutions and update self-help and staff-knowledge bases and arrange KT sessions in regular interval to ensure team members are well-versed on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, client specifics, company strategies, values, and administration. Encourage them to follow best practices and ITIL processes as needed. • Perform Root Cause Analysis for escalations.
