I am currently a Year 4 student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering with a Second Major in Business enrolled in the International Trading Programme. ELMT (Engine Life Management Team) APAC, Repair Design Engineer Intern • Help trend hardware distress locally to identify needed limits/repairs and input to spare provisioning based on observed distress trending. • Assist the Engine Life Management Team to perform data collection on engine components for need of engine investigation, salvaged program, and new repair. • Research operating environments and functionality of components, their interactions with mating parts, and develop strategies which will return damaged parts back to service. • Created Engineering Authorizations for repair of Engine components in the form of Dialogues, One Time Concessions as well as Engine Manual Revisions • Collaborated with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) such as Structures and Design Metallurgy departments to propose repair process and draft Engineering Authorizations • Contributed to SAVE Clinic Project as a core team member to work on salvaging previously unserviceable parts back into service. • Created a Microsoft Access Database and implemented a new process to replace previous system in SAVE Clinic project to improve inefficiencies and accelerate the process to reduce execution time.
• Facilitated survey administration and conducted data validation on completed surveys to maintain accuracy and reliability of data gathered • Analysed and identified errors in data and performed data entry and gained insights on data collected using data visualisation tool Tableau • Worked together with contact service centre in terms of administrative and coordination and ensured highest level of customer experience
• Facilitated data collection on fee structure established in its history and analysed trends to support suggestions to improve the currently implemented fee structure. • Managed the Digitalisation of past records into one source to improve accessibility to past data.
