Conducted a full spend analysis across €217M of indirect procurement, redesigned the category tree to eliminate 77% “unknown” spend, and built a supplier‑mapping framework using Power BI and Excel. Delivered a new taxonomy, supplier segmentation model, and dashboards enabling data‑driven sourcing, risk management, and long‑term procurement value creation. Key Achievements: 1. Reduced “unknown” spend from 77% to near-zero through redesigned taxonomy 2. Mapped 1,200+ suppliers to new categories for improved vendor management 3. Built Power BI dashboards for spend transparency and supplier insights 4. Applied category management, Kraljic Matrix logic, and digital analytics 5.
