I am a solicitor in the Transportation and Space Group in the London office of Gibson Dunn. My practice areas include asset finance where I act for a number of banks, lessors, funds and manufacturers on a variety of leasing and financing transactions involving aircraft, rolling stock, ships and other moveable equipment including oil rigs and yellow goods. I also act for a number of investment banks on a variety of structured finance transactions. I have advised clients on a broad range of structures including asset sales and purchases (single assets and portfolio), secured debt transactions, finance and operating leases, tax driven financings, capital markets transactions, leasing company acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, corporate reorganisations and restructurings. I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 with Taylor Wessing where I joined the finance department and worked mainly on real estate finance transactions. I left Taylor Wessing to join Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in their Structured and Asset Finance Team where I was a senior associate from August 2000 to December 2007. I left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to join the Structured and Asset Finance Team of DLA Piper where I was a partner from 2008 to 2013. I re-joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a consultant in 2015. I left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to join the Transportation and Space Group of Milbank LLP in October 2016
