Project Management is an important part for In-House competencies, my job includes to be the face of the Market to the In-House stake holders to realise commercial impact in the given SOP timeline. The role also included representing Lohmann in customer interactions and innovation ecosystems, contributing to strategic discussions, and supporting the development of long term partnerships and growth opportunities. This role established the foundation for full market ownership at global level, combining strategic thinking, commercial understanding, and cross functional execution, leading to progression into a Global Market Manager role.
