Accountable for the adherence of design identity and validate regional deviations. • Liaise with Operation and IT team to enhance customer experience across offline distribution channels ensuring coherence and consistency during development process.
• Provide technical and aesthetical solutions to ensure high quality customer experience across all Retail Channels. • Supervise construction drawings development with all Global Furniture Suppliers, focusing on value engineering and cost reduction. • Support new supplier onboarding and track quality of furniture production. • Develop Worldwide supplier pool and contribute to its optimization in liaison with Procurement, Design, Store Development and Visual Merchandise Teams. • Support Design Team to achieve optimized design solution considering manufacturing complexity while ensuring consistency across channels. • Maintain library of technical drawings with agencies and suppliers. • Deliver consistency across multi channels; Direct Boutiques, SIS, Corners, Pop-ups locations and Travel Retail.
• Worldwide concepts development and adaptation to Boutiques, Outlets and SIS retail networks with project management activities. • Design/Engineer new fixtures/solutions including fixtures, lighting, flooring and storefronts adjusting and refining architectural concept. • Manage tendering processes, management of consultants and suppliers to manufacture and validate prototypes with benchmark analysis. • Interface with local store planning teams to communicate briefs/specs, guidelines and budgets. • Supervise boutique openings travelling to stores to field and verify concept implementations. • Control and set-up local produced elements • Research new potential suppliers and new materials for store design interior/exterior application, maintaining relevant technical/sample documentation
• Project Manage the Build-out of Columbia Branded Stores, Outlets, and SIS in the EMEA Regions, including flooring, layout, lighting, and furniture. • Drive store design, fixture and POP display development and procurement to optimize the consumer in-store experience. • Manage the relationship with architects in the design of Columbia Branded Stores, Outlets, and SIS in the EMEA Regions. • Work alongside external design and project management agencies in order to ensure that projects are within budget, time planning and design parameters. • Review store concept drawings with internal departments and architect / Real Estate office. • Coordinating and ensuring that construction schedule is according to plan. • Oversee bid negotiations and consultants relationships.
