Led major Samsung Experience Store projects in key malls like İstinyepark AVM, Cevahir AVM, Akasya AVM, Mall of İstanbul, and Messe Samsung House, delivering innovative and impactful retail environments. Directed the full project management cycle, including budgeting, tendering, vendor selection, and overseeing design and execution.
