• Team lead coordinating RWS Projects-related commercial works (budgeting, tender administration, contracting and post contract management). • Works with both internal team members and stakeholders, along with the external consultant team to ensure the timely award of works with respect to the overall project schedule. • Tasked with the setting up of RWS Projects SOPs, processes and internal approval matrix for the department as part of the new upcoming resort development • Tasked with reviewing all approval documents for Senior Management to ensure processes are followed in accordance to internal SOPs. • Tasked with the role of internal auditor to ensure proper corporate governance and all SOPs and processes are adhered to.
Co-lead for the 16-month implementation of Ariba Source-2-Pay system in RWS to replace the existing Peoplesoft e-Sourcing and ERP system. In charge of the overall procurement, design, testing, implementation and change management for over 3500 users across multiple departments within the company.
Lead a team of 6 Engineering buyers, focusing on the sourcing and procurement for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works within the resort. Involved in larger scale sealed bid tenders on a regular basis.
