About

Product leader with 12+ years building digital products across eCommerce, retail, AdTech, and hands-on AI-tooling fluency for the last three years. Spent over a decade owning products at scale. Recently built Riten AI - a multi-tenant AI Content Management SaaS subscription platform for brands and e-commerce merchants (featuring SEO/AEO-optimization, brand and product aware content generation, 3rd party integration, publishing and scheduling). I took it from zero to a live product on the Shopify App Store, building it single-handedly with Claude Code: I own the architecture and the model and infrastructure decisions - a provider-configurable LLM layer (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude models), usage-based billing, multi-tenant data isolation, and the full testing/CI-CD stack. Built multiple AI agents. At Prodege (Swagbucks), as Director of Product Management, I owned the "Discover" performance-marketing platform: AI/ML personalization, Dynamic Rewards, and Offers API syndication, while mentoring PMs and setting the bar for quality and delivery. At Herbalife I ran the global GoHerbalife eCommerce marketplace across 30+ countries - ~$30M+ in annual recurring revenue, 30K+ active distributors - and led a team of product leaders across six regions. Earlier, at T-Mobile, I worked across retail and point-of-sale systems for the store and care experience. Adept at turning ambiguous goals into strategy tied to OKRs, leading and coaching cross-functional teams, and making data-driven calls (A/B testing, analytics, experimentation). Comfortable in the weeds of an AI build as I am defending a roadmap to executives.

    - Built and launched Riten AI: a multi-tenant AI Content Management SaaS subscription platform for brands and e-commerce merchants (featuring SEO/AEO-optimization, brand and product aware content generation, 3rd party integration, publishing and scheduling) | approved on the Shopify App Store. - Owned product strategy and roadmap end-to-end, tied to company OKRs across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (usage-based pricing tiers). - Shipped the full platform: LLM content-generation pipeline, dual billing (Stripe + Shopify Billing), 4-tier role-based access with per-tenant data isolation, and an AEO/GEO foundation (llms.txt, IndexNow). - Integrated third-party platforms via OAuth using Nango; built ETL pipelines for product catalog sync and metadata enrichment - Engineered for cost and reliability - model selection (standardized via A/B testing), a bounded-concurrency execution layer with retry, and a pure-Python SEO/AEO scorer that avoids LLM calls entirely. - Established the quality bar: Playwright E2E suite, visual regression (Percy), and CI/CD on Railway with PostgreSQL.
