About

With over 13.5 years of cross-sector leadership experience in project management, analytics, and strategic transformation, I specialize in bridging the worlds of public policy, health system improvement, and data-driven decision-making. My work has spanned the health, government, public and non-profit sectors, consistently focused on improving patient outcomes, advancing equity, and driving measurable system-level impact. I hold an MSc from the University of Calgary and certifications in PMP, Prosci Change Management, PSMI and SSM. I’ve led 80+ complex projects, managed portfolios up to $7 million, and built strong stakeholder coalitions across ministries, industries, Indigenous communities, and national partners. My work integrates privacy-first governance (FOIP/HIA), KPI-based performance frameworks, and inclusive engagement strategies—such as co-developing Indigenous-informed indicators. Notable achievements in 2024 include leading a Mental Health event for 200 attendees in Calgary Zone across 48 organizations, leading a financial strain project that won a Patient Experience Award in 2021, designing a mentorship program, and building workforce strategies. My work has earned recognition from colleagues, directors, and managers, and I’ve been honored with the Best Students Award during my academic journey. I am also the author of two first-author journal publications. I am committed to delivering high-quality patient care with empathy, while continuously enhancing my skills to benefit both my organization and the communities we serve. Volunteering with the PMI local chapter and Toastmasters Executive Committee for several years has been a fulfilling part of my journey in community service. Proficient in project, program, change and process management, I have managed a variety of complex strategic and Indigenous initiatives, including large-scale transformation projects up to $7 million. I am skilled in leading teams and collaborating with local, provincial, and national stakeholders across diverse environments—Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. In addition to project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA, I leverage QI and change management tools such as fishbone diagrams, PDSAs, ADKAR, and Mural to drive process improvements and stakeholder engagement. I also bring advanced proficiency in MS Office, statistical software (Alchemer, SPSS, STATA). With a passion for continuous growth and learning, I am eager to drive results that improve both organizational performance and the quality of care for our communities.
