I have rich experience in driving product-led user growth, loyalty, user experience and marketplace management (ride-hailing, food delivery, grocery delivery). I’ve built and led teams of senior product leaders, with an overall org size >100+, across SEA, China and India. In my latest stint, I am leading the effort to explore the next generation of Grab's consumer app - reimagined with AI. Obsessed about platform user experience, growth loops, subscriber retention and app engagement. In Oct 2024, I added Comms Platforms to my portfolio and worked on AI-powered personalisation of push notifications sent to Grab's user base.
