Most people treat sustainability as a reporting exercise. I treat it as a risk and value problem. I'm Group Sustainability, ESG & Carbon Manager at JEB Group, where I lead ESG strategy, carbon governance, and sustainability reporting across a global portfolio spanning APAC. I've built our Scope 1–3 carbon accounting framework from the ground up under ISO 14064-2, driven our EcoVadis certification, and designed the governance systems behind our GRI-aligned disclosures across multiple markets. What that work has taught me: the real ESG risks in any business don't live in the annual report. They live in supplier contracts, procurement practices, compliance gaps, and governance structures that look fine on paper but fall apart under scrutiny. I know where to look — because I've had to find and fix them. My expertise spans: — Carbon accounting: Scope 1, 2, and 3 supply chain mapping under ISO 14064-2 — ESG reporting: GRI Standards, EcoVadis, TCFD, ISSB, MAS ESG — Governance and compliance framework design for regional businesses — Supply chain sustainability, procurement risk, and client-facing ESG engagement — Regulatory monitoring across APAC disclosure landscape I'm particularly interested in where ESG intersects with investment and M&A — where sustainability gaps affect valuations and where strong ESG practice creates real enterprise value. My path into this field started at 21 in Stockholm, at NUS Overseas College — working at a materials science startup and watching an entire city treat sustainability as a default, not a differentiator. That instilled something I've carried since: the conviction that this work matters beyond the report, and the stubbornness to push for it even when it's inconvenient. Based in Hong Kong. Happy to connect with PE investors, sustainability leaders, and anyone building something serious in the ESG and carbon space across APAC.
