I’m a result driven professional with experience in healthcare administration, operations, and customer engagement. Over the years, I’ve worked with teams to streamline processes, improve patient experiences, and make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently from scheduling and billing to compliance and coordination. I’ve also been part of projects that helped businesses grow, built partnerships, and managed teams to deliver better results. My work in both healthcare and operations has taught me the importance of communication, empathy, and structure in getting things done right. I hold an MSc in Management from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and I’m passionate about contributing to organizations that value growth, integrity, and people-first leadership.
Founded a Nongovernmental organization while I was in school and started to help the underprivileged in my society with good health and education and better living standards. Initiated charity drives from plantation drive to disaster management and provided with medical facilities to those who cannot afford it. It is a side by side work which I carried with my education and still doing it.
Coordinated project planning and execution with team members and team leads in executing three different clients. Successfully completed 3 projects for different clients showing 20% growth in 3 months Signed MOU with construction companies for next 2 years of our products. Launched customer services department from the scratch to accommodate pre and post sale and services under one umbrella.
