ClearContent AI is designed to help multilingual and English Language Learner (ELL) students better understand academic content in real time, bridging the gap between classroom instruction and real comprehension through AI-powered scaffolding. The tool integrates key instructional design principles including scaffolding, adaptive explanations, and active learning into an AI-powered environment that supports vocabulary development, comprehension, and student progress tracking.
Research Title: Online Learning Experiences of High School Students with Depression During the COVID-19 Lockdown in Shanghai - Supervisor: Kusha Anand - Designed and conducted semi-structured interviews with 10 – 15 high school students in Shanghai, delving into their online learning experiences during the COVID-19 lockdown.
- Supervisor: Jd Carpentieri - Conducted thematic analysis on qualitative interview data from 30 participants, drafted a detailed 10-page report to highlight key findings. - Developed and presented the qualitative methodological designs to first-year Education Studies students, earning recognition for clarity and engagement.
- Conducted needs analysis with 30+ staff across Operations and HR, leading a 4-month end-to-end redesign o fragmented workflows into a unified platform using workflow automation platforms, cutting task completion time by 67% and reducing coordination errors by 30%. - Translated stakeholder needs into 10+ core data fields and end-to-end workflow logic through detailed business analysis; analysed 500+ historical records to prioritise roadmap decisions, enabling partial process automation and improving overall operational efficiency by 25%.
Managed end-to-end applicant communications as primary liaison between students and overseas universities, coordinating responses across 30+ institutions and maintaining a 95% follow-up rate throughout each admissions cycle.
