Shuhab Shamshad is an M.Phil. researcher in Computer Science & Information Technology with research interests in Quantum Computing, Post-Quantum Cryptography, and Secure Distributed Systems. His work focuses on designing quantum-resilient cryptographic architectures to mitigate vulnerabilities in classical public-key infrastructures, particularly within IoT and resource-constrained environments. His research explores hybrid classical–quantum security models, lattice-based cryptographic schemes, and the impact of quantum algorithms such as Shor’s and Grover’s on contemporary encryption standards. He has authored research publications proposing enhanced architectures for securing IoT ecosystems using quantum-inspired and hybrid cryptographic frameworks. In addition to his academic research, he has professional experience as Deputy Assistant Director at National Database and Registration Authority, contributing to data security governance and large-scale digital identity infrastructure. He is currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher (B-14) in the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir while pursuing advanced research in quantum-safe cybersecurity systems.

This enables informed decision-making and identification of counterfeit identities. Human Resource Leadership: Directing a team of subordinate staff, overseeing their performance, and orchestrating monthly training sessions to bolster operational comprehension, ethical conduct, performance efficacy, and customer service excellence.
