I am a fourth-year law student at GGSIPU Delhi. With expertise in legal research, writing legal briefs, memos and analysing questions of law put forth. I have gained valuable experiences by working in prestigious chambers and firms, while assisting seniors in cases across District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and the Supreme Court of India. 1. Researched on various points of criminal law; whether a bail bond can be cancelled solely on the ground that the bailee’s husband is absconding; when there is a stay on proceedings in a case for quashing of an FIR, the accused should not be allowed to enjoy the fruits of the crime committed; under Section 156(3) CrPC, does police authorities have the right to investigate and close the matter before registering an FIR, if no substantial evidence is found; when an interim order is considered to be in the nature of final relief in a criminal proceeding, it should be vacated; if there is a delayed examination of a witness by the authorities, the statement of such a witness should be considered carefully. 2. Researched that interest after reinstatement cannot be claimed at the appellate stage, especially when the issue was not raised earlier; a delay in refiling cannot be considered the same as a delay in filing; civil dispute cannot be attributed a criminal colour. 3. Further prepared briefing notes, evidence charts , FIR compilations and LODs for various matters handled by the chamber.

Examined the interpretation of courts on the perspective of retrospective and clarificatory notification under the Finance Act.
