I am a Software Engineer with a keen interest in Distributed Systems. At Amazon, I build low-latency, high-scale systems that support ML models for real-time audio processing. I design highly-performant microservices that handle complex audio inputs and enable fast, reliable inference at scale.
• Designed and developed high-performance REST APIs and microservices to support a production ML model for audio and presence signals — improving inference accuracy while maintaining low end-to-end latency. • Led the expansion of on-device intent execution, reducing the user perceived latency of Alexa voice requests by 200ms. • Optimized the data store provisioning strategy for DynamoDB and implemented a Redis migration to reduce service cost by 70%. • Developed a breakpoint testing framework, and improved chaos testing mechanism for the product, significantly improving the insight into operational health.
• Implemented an end to end Automated Notification System to dynamically calculate and notify the servers’ compute capacities. • Developed a new role-based access control tab. • Added multiple enhancements to the internal dashboard.
• Developed an application to extract CRM data(Petabytes in scale) used for ML modelling and report visualization. • Developed the ordering module of AT&T's e-commerce website. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams from business and operations to lead the product release.
