➤ Looking after Efficiency at plant site Perform data/trend analysis, Root-cause analysis and identify and implement process improvements to resolve plant process issues whilst optimizing production processes to eliminate losses and improve Quality. Develop and Review Standard Operating procedure. Participate in HAZOP and RCA studies. Operating the plant using Distributed Control system (DCS)and SCADA. Training and Development of new team members. Take the necessary action too minimize safety incidents on shift by implementing the risk management system and safety procedure. Start-up, shutdown and deriming of the plant. Balance liquid demand by coordinating PvD and performing load adjustment. Assisted in plant process PID controller tunning and improvement to ensure smooth plant operations. Manage the LOTO and permit to work with all supporting certificates, Endorse and close all types of permits to work based on PTW guidelines and ensure completion of the job. Plant First Aider.
