Client: Toyota Motor Corporation I. Project: Toyota Management Handling Unit (North America) Enhancing the training session for the implementation of material management unit under SAP FI Application. Providing support and assisting the associates for SAP implementation in the configuration process. Performing FI Support role in the integration FI‐AP and FI‐AR functions. Assisting the client to upload the bulk master data by using the LSMW. II. Project: Toyota Heavy Duty (North America) Providing post implementation support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of the system over SAP S4 Hana Cloud. Interacting with the client to resolve the issues related to accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Providing support and assisting the associates for SAP implementation in the configuration process. Handling the vendor and customer master data management over the SAP Enterprise.
Investigated and analyzed user‐reported problems, identified root causes, and implemented timely solutions to minimize system downtime and ensure business continuity. To ensure the smooth business workflow, master data creation and maintenance has been developed and updated in SAP ECC as to get the solutions got delivered on time. Utilised SAP FICO platform to create House Banks, Vendor, Customer and General Ledger (GL) to ensure the business continuity. Assisted senior consultants in gathering and documenting client requirements, translating them into SAP FICO solutions, andparticipating in the configuration process. Configured and customized SAP FICO modules, including master data management to align with client’s business process. Provided post‐implementation support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of SAP FICO system. Assisted in SAP FICO implementation module, supporting configuration, testing, and documentation activities. Configured, developed and implemented the Budget Management Module for PAN India on SAP FICO platform to carry the financial budget activities. Participated in year‐end activities to ensure the smooth workflow for business activities. Collaborated with the development team to analyze and prioritize system enhancement requests and provide feedback for system improvements. Provided ongoing support to clients, addressing technical issues, resolving system errors, ensuring the stability and performance of SAP FICO system. Knowledge training sessions has been given to the clients and co‐workers for the functionality of new features and enhancements.
Created and maintained detailed records of all financial and supply chain activities. Identified, evaluated and implemented new technologies for improved business activities. Developed and implemented inventory management systems to maximize inventory accuracy. Interacted with Pharmaceutical companies to follow‐up for the orders and payments.
